i must say halloween is a favorite around here. We had fun hitting up some various shindigs during the week, and had Nora's birthday party on sunday--needless to say we were getting sick on candy/treats...ya...Zoee had a few throw-up incidents. The kiddos were all sorts of excited for trick or treating this year. The weather was seriously grand, so we were tearing up the neighborhood trying to fill the treat bags. The kiddos were sprinting from house to house--we have taught them well:)
Then we headed back to my mom's house for the traditional chowder and yum eats. Is it really November? where did the summer run off to?

i know you were referring to a different ashley, but I would love some tips on increasing speed, I know you said you had some workouts. also, do you run a lot while pregnant? i think i want to do a marathon at some point, but i also want another little one. trying to figure out how much i could run while pregnant (which I'm not right now, fyi :o). i obviously wouldn't train for a marathon while pregnant, but I definitely don't want my mileage to completely disappear.
