anyways--on to the good stuff......
{Good stuff#1}--the ridonkulous october weather- top notch, we have been trying to live it up ---since the 6 month freeze will take over soon...We took the kiddos on a hike, and it was sopretty~i love all the fall colors. I really take for granted that we can leave our house, and five minutes later can be on the trails in the mountains--so great. The kids were troopers hiking like pros-- Nora was a fan of the backpack--funny little nut. All was going well until Z fell and skinned her knee, and then she was dunzo, but it was fun while it lasted~ My pops and i also went on amazing trail run this week --the scenery was fantastic....winter, you can hold off for a bit, it's fine...
{Good stuff#2}-The Olsen fam--yes i used to be an Olsen--and now that seems weird:) my mother dearest has been dying to get some family picts done, she has been wanting some of the whole clan for a while now. So she had a local photo Amber Togisala take them, amber did a great job--it is never easy wrangling big families. The kiddos did pretty good, Z was definitely opposed to smiling that evening...but what do you do? so here is the fam...they are the best in the west...and yes...we have small eyes....

{Good Stuff #3} polka dots, colored skinnys, and kelly green--I have a thing for colored pants these days--scored me some red, and blue skinnys...but i am longing for kelly green....if you see any--give me a holla--i think i may cave and order some..
oh--and polka dots--a little fun and a little retro--good combo~

{Good Stuff #3)--A good read-- I am very excited to read the Steve Jobs biography. I am so intrigued and fascinated by him--such insane brilliance. i love a great biography--speaking of, i recently finished the biography {The long run}--so inspiring--a great read. Now to narrow down a book for book club...toughie....any must reads you would suggest??? happy weekend~

I love your family. It makes me happy to see you all looking so dang cute. If you love kelly green you should come out here to Eugene where the Oregon ducks rule and you can't go anywhere without seeing their colors. I'll have to get some polka dots so I can support the team in style.

I know, I love colored jeans. I snagged a Kelly green pair at Jc penny's of all places. The best part was that they were on sale for $19.99 and, they sent me some random $10 off coupon. $10 score, sweet!

Was this October perfect or what? I just want to know where it went? November is in the horizon and I am not so sure about it either! I better hold off on all this halloween candy too, or I won't be fitting into anything called skinny this winter...including skinny jeans. :) Looks like you have been having a good ole' time. Those are great pictures. I am and forever a Chatelain :-) it's a little weird having my brother live on my street and him being referred to as the Chatelains and them not referring to me...
So don't judge but i totally got me some fantastic colored green pants at JC Penny! Ghetto fab? maybe :) but they were only like 15$ I think. Last year I got mustard and red at Kohls for under 20$ and they are fantastic. Super tight and stretchy and don't stretch they had green too. I want that girls black and white top with her green pants, thats cute.
And you guys hike more fancy then I go out! Love it.

I myself am part of an Olsen family... my grandmother's maiden name. The extended family is massive. Wonder if we're somehow related down the line. :)
