Over the Fourth we went with my family to Ideal Beach in Bear lake. The kiddos were in heaven playing in the sand & the water, we had some great shakes (a must), a gorgeous bike ride, some late night chats, crappy/delish food galore, and a some fantastic fireworks--with bats swooping at our heads:) we had a blast and hope to make it a yearly tradition~

Oh, my love for Bear Lake runs deep. Seriously good times up there! One year we brought some of those little froggy's home... it was all fun and games until the little suckers needed fresh crickets every day, really?! Long story short~ they went to live at the nature park by our house;) Darling pics!

summer is the best for little get aways!! we went to bear lake once or twice every summer when i was little and had a hobie...so many awesome memories there, it is fun to see your pics, looks like everyone had a fabulous time. i may have to plan a weekend getaway with my fam.
