{whole lotta random summer sheesh}

first off, cute Kerry from First Time Fancy just had new baby girl, and asked me to guest post-you can check it out {here}

Next-so....Summer is flippin flyin by--and i do not like it in the slightest...we have been trying to take advantage and getting in some fun activities...bbq's, swimming, petting farm, playgroups, and more caterpillar hunts--good times..

one of my besties Kendra has been in town from tennessee, so we did a big bbq at Britt's casa with all the posse--such a blast (wow you get all the kiddos together and it is a clan--its pretty great) more on that shin dig....

last weekend we hit up the farmer's market~ one of my favorite things in the summer--a fun activity for a saturday afternoon~ I love to get fresh fruit and produce, and browse the booths. They seem to have fun activities for the kiddlets too--petting zoo, the dancing horse, train rides, ya know the usual--have you seen the dancing horse? Plus--you can get a killer crepe, if you haven't gone..hop to!

year after year caleb can't resist the tiger's blood snow cone--or maybe it's just the name, and yes,NOTE- there is a wedgie of an unidentified person in this pict...yipes~~

did you know my mom is the bead queen? ya--she has a booth, and her stuff is great--the kiddos love to help~

vintage cupcake had a decked out vintage trailer for all of your cupcake needs, and nora loved the little water feature

rainier cherries are diggity~ and i will eat them until i am sick...seriously

Finally posting----over father's day we headed up to driggs ID for some family time~ We got spoiled and got to stay in a fantastic house...errr cabin? My sister in law was hired to decorate it, and I will tell you, it was so beautiful....the whole back was windows with a perfect view of the tetons. We had a blast. We went on walks, ate some delish food, watched some flicks, and the kiddos loved exlporing. One of the days we hit up jackson hole, and went on a lil hike around Jenny lake. When we were downtown Jackson we spotted Sawywer from LOST--i always liked good ol sawyer~ we trailed him and his girl for a minute, but they left...we sort of regretted not getting a pict or something..ah well.

there was a huge field with these amazing horses...we went and fed them...the kiddos loved it~they fixed the apples up to a stick--b/c feeding apples with your hand could be a little risky--they were afraid of a nibble--and frankly so was i~

this horse was dubbed the princess with it's wavy mane--caleb and his moth caterpillars {below}
