Love those exposed brick walls. If I lived in an apartment in NYC I would totally go for that look. And I've been dreaming about doing that amazing race for about 8 yrs now. Maybe we should pair up and be the "blog friends." Haha
Your new red shoes are adorable. I'm sure Disney Land is going to welcome them with open arms :-)
Love how Nora is drooling in that pic. Giada drools SO MUCH all the time, that you would think she's teething.
In conclusion: Love your loves girly :-)

O my heck...I need your input. We just moved into a new house that has wood trim (oak to be exact) around all the doors, casings, window, baseboards ect....super thick and chunky. nice, but I don't know that I love the wood look. Would you keep it, or paint to all white? I want white (I think) and my hubs wants to keep it. You have such a good eye...I can send you pics if you want, or you can come and see it. I know this is random..I was is your sisters ward (they moved in like two months ago, and we just moved out) and I think you guys have such great style and ideas...any ideas????
and where did you get your shoes? to die for!

*hey all! so the shoes are from old navy...serious! they have all different colors, and they are a steal.
*The rug is from target--but not sure they still have it, i got it a while ago.
*Carlene--your trim sounds fabulous! and it is so fun getting to move into a new place. I love chunky trim and casings! sounds so pretty. Personally i would probably go all white---but to paint or not to paint all depends on the look of the house, and your personal style. I would totally love come and see it, and give you some ideas if you would like:)
