{weekend away}

we spent this past weekend at Andrew's parent's house. I love to go visit them~ their home is so warm and inviting, and you always feel at home there. The boys did a little fishing, while the girls went shopping, and spent some good time at the sewing machine--working on little {n}'s quilt, and chatting it up...always! We went to the park and splash pad with the kiddos; and we never leave without a visit to the old fashioned soda shop~ It was a lot of fun, and i wished we could have stayed longer! Whenever i leave i always think about how grateful i am to have married into such an amazing family. All of Andrew's family members have so many wonderful qualities, and I really look up to them~ love you all!

{zoee patricia & her grandma patricia-i adore these two gals}
