So I LOVE pomegranates! they are one of the superfruits with tons of antioxidants. But hello--they are a stinkin pain in the butt to seed. Then after you're done, you realize the juice has stained your hands and your shirt. Well guess what I found-- this super find at Costco the other day. It is from POM and they have seeded the pomegranate for you, and there are just two heaping bowls full in a package! There is nothing added-no sugar or anything--just straight up pomegranates. You can use them on salads, yogurt, or just plain. I am very excited about this find! If you haven't tried them you should! Pomegranates are actually one of the super fruits because they have so many antioxidants. The antioxidants neutralize free radicals in the body--helping to prevent the cell and tissue damage that can lead to disease. By neutralizing the fee radicals the antioxidants can help prevent cancer, blood clots, aging, etc. etc.
**You didn't know I was going to do a little high school essay did you ***
Anyways--I wanted to share this fun find --so start you antioxidant binge friends! You can also get the pom juice--which is super fabulous as well.

Aren't those awesome, one of the gals brought them to a party and Costco was the culprit. I am way too lazy to do it myself.
I love Costco! Good find!
That sounds awesome, I need to start getting some good antioxidants, but I am not a fan of blueberries. I will have to purchase this next time.
Today just might be your LUCKY day. I follow an food blog and one of her recent posts was "how to open a pomegranate." Since I am so awesome, I will paste the link to it in here so you can check out the CLEAN & EASY way to open up your fav superfruit! :) Hope it helps you! I thought it was genius!

Excellent!! My sister is always telling me to eat a pomegranate a day for, like, a month and it's supposed to reduce the frequency of migraines. I haven't done it because it would be a huge pain to seed one a day. I wonder if this would work instead??
for sure! they are just in the fruit and veggie fridge at costco
I am not so much a fan of the pomegranate taste, but that is a pretty great find!:) Hey do you know the name of your paint in your kitchen...I am wanting to repaint my kitchen and I love that color!
Yes they are super delicious and that was one great find! I went their the other day just to buy those and ended up buying a bunch of other stuff and forgot. Boo!
Leash--It is a Ralph Lauren color--it's called olive something--I will look at the can and give you the exact name :)
Big thanks for the tip. I am trying to boost up the healthy stuff around our house. Hopefully, I can talk Libby into trying some...
