we just got back from maui on monday, and i must say i miss it all ready.... Hubs work sent us on the trip for president's club; and put us all up in the four seasons. Four Seasons? say what? i know.. can i just say wow! it was incredible--the grounds, pools, gardens, views, beach, service....fantastical. The weather was bomb diggity, and we just really had a great time getting some R&R. Is there anything better than laying out on the beach with a good book?? We went to the neighboring beaches and did some snorkeling--which was so fun-i did get stabbed by a sea urchin, but i forgave... it was my fault! We also went with some friends on the road to hana and did a hike through the bamboo forest--it was stunning. That road to hana is a killer although--it amazingly lush and pretty, but holy crap it is so twisty and curvy-- i ended up losing my breakfast at one point..not pretty! but it was definitely worth it. We were blown away by the rainbow eucalyptus tree! wow~ One day the guys got to go golfing and the girls had a spa day, and there was also a black tie night. It was kinda fun getting dressed up--we don't do that biz very often...was the last time our wedding? hmmm... one of my favorite things was sitting out in the cabanas-- facing the ocean, and watching the whales and their calves jumping.... love! Hubs company really spoiled us, and we felt so grateful to have been able to be a part of it all...lets hope we can get in on this action every year:) It was a great vaca, but by the end i was ready to get home to squeeze my babies, i missed those little monkeys. Thanks so much to my wonderful fam for taking my kiddos--you are amazing..love you guys~
one of my regrets is that i didn't take my big camera...i just didn't want to worry about hauling it to the beach and everywhere--so these picts are from a phone, or a lil point and shoot--i am not sure they capture how pretty maui is...i took note for next time:)

He was staying at the resort, and we were trying to be very sly taking this camera pict..i couldn't stop staring--i was a little star struck:) maui was amazing..and now we are back in the swing of things, and boy has it been a crazy week! looking forward to easter weekend~

Holy Smokes! The 2 of you look like a little Hollywood couple! So glam! I went to Maui once after I graduated college and I didn't want to come home! LOVED IT!!!!! How nice to stay at the 4 Seasons!
