{rewind--a little cali love}

remember how we went to San Diego? ya that was over a month ago--lamo that i am just posting picts! anyways--better late than never:) our trip to san diego was amazing--it is gorgeous there, and i could definitely get used to the weather--biking year round, park dates, and the running trails--heaven~ The 11 hour car ride to get there had some funny/interesting moments: the book on cd we got started swearing like a sailor, andrew got a $400 speeding ticket, and caleb got sick and spewed all over the back seat! Ha! but all in all the kids were champs in the car! We got to stay with my SIL Lori and her family--they are some of my favorite people, and they made our trip amazing. They spoiled us with all the fantastical sites and bomb diggity food! not to mention the surprise spa/shopping day:) Disneyland was hilarious--we made the huge mistake of picking the materhorn as the first ride of the day. Z screamed bloody murder the entire time, and it was only nemo and a small world after that. Z was beyond excited to meet up with some of her fav chick--the princesses--and the hour and a half long line was worth it--she was in heaven. Caleb was fearless, and wanted to ride everything. We also took the kiddos to the san diego wild animal park...could have stayed all day--i am a zoo fan.one of my favorite things was picking oranges in the orchard.....it was beyond gorgeous....and the oranges were the best things i have ever tasted~ wish i had one right now..
