{feels like christmas}

i can't believe that christmas is just around the corner! this month has flown by~ we finally got some christmas decor up, and have just been enjoying this time of year. My favorite thing about christmas is how magical is it is for my kids. The hot chocolate filled with marshmellows, seeing the lights, the christmas shows, wrapping presents, seeing santa, baking goodies, building a snowman, reading christmas stories, hanging the stockings, decorating the tree, and the story of christ's birth. I love to see all of these things through their eyes, and having traditions that they will always remember. They are so excited for all the fun that comes with christmas~ i hope they also remember the true meaning of christmas, and how it is a time of year that we can help others in need. I hope you all are enjoying this *magical* time of year~

So cute! I love this time of year, I am almost sad that it is soon to be over. It needs to last just a little bit longer. With all the craziness of the season (and with a new born baby) we dont seem to have enough time to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas! Love the decor, its so warm and inviting, love it, love it! PS. I am pretty sure that Coast has Calebs exact same outfit!!

I'm watching the snow fall as I type...snow puts a bit of cushion on everything...makes it all quiet! Now...for some hot cocoa! Love the pix of your home too girlie! So pretty!

Is it just me or does Zoee look so grown up in those pictures? Such a pretty girl.

I love the Santa beards...we might have to bust some of those out. Levi would think it was hilarious.

And those cookies-yum. I'm in need of some of that business right now!

You have put cake stands right on my list for Santa. Seriously, it is there. I can't wait for Christmas morning so I can put my cookies out like that. Look at me just copying you. I am not ashamed. Not one bit. :) Keep on living it up. Christmas with kids is the perfect way to keep the magic alive!

Everything is beautiful, girl! Your kiddos are so cute. Hope you have a very merry Christmas and a wonderful time spent with lots of family. And of course, I pray we all remember the true meaning of Christmas...as it's so easily forgotten through the commercialism and gift giving. May the Lord bless you and your family in the coming year, Sharstin! xoxo
