another halloween come and gone, what in the world? so yes yes i had every intention of having my kids costumes be something that went together, and was creative and cute-- all that jazz. So, i had the ideas, the search got ridiculous, the idea of sewing something was pushing me over the edge, the belly got even bigger, and i was really over it! Needless to say, they got to pick their costumes.... a kitty cat, and mummy it was! The most important thing was that they were excited about their getups:) They loved getting dressed up, in fact Z would wake me up in the morning costume in hand. She was all over getting her nose and face painted with whiskers, and would shake her little tail~ They had parties, candy, Halloween dinner at grandmas, some pretty rainy trick-or-treating, and then some more candy...so i think all in all it was a success! until next year.....

of course andrew had to go get something the night before halloween--and by then the choices are seriously limited--but it is a tradition:) and i must say that aliens sort of freak me out! we had to do a little scene reenactment from the movie {signs}
