I am not a huge fan of the kiwi by themselves, I can handle them if they are mixed with other fruit, they just seem a little sour to me. Maybe I have never bought a good one! And I love your previous post of you and Caleb, very cute!
I have heard all these benefits of kiwis. It also removes extra sodium from your body and it has tons of folic acid - good for the prego women. I don't like the hairy skin though, do you have to eat that? I want to try some of the recipes on that site.
Yeah I'm with Leash- It's kinda hit or miss with kiwis for me. But that's awesome that they have so many health benefits!
Good because I love kiwi's! Now even more of an excuse to buy them :) What time of year are they good?
