{a few projects}

So I decided to do some fun projects this past week. My kids are so excited for Halloween, I wanted to get some decor up; and I also have been wanting to make some cute shirts for the kiddos. I thought while I was at it, why not some headbands too. So me and my sister got all the stuff, and got our craft on!! Don't look too closely--but I think they turned out fun. I just made my own templates for the shirts, and got some Amy Butler fabric. These little shirts are addicting! I also found this great {tutorial} for the frayed rosettes, and then put them on a headband. You know I love my headbands. I especially love the fun mustard yellow fabric!

So those are the cutest shirts! My friend actually made some onesies for this Christmas project presents i'm doing for Primary Childrens, they are adorable! It was fun working out with you today. I was going to tell you, but i couldn't breathe (ha ha), that when i ran a half in Aug i had my fastest time ever and was 5 months after having a baby. I had been doing crossfit since June and i believe that was why i was so fast. It totally builds your endurance. So keep it up, you'll love the results!
