The past couple of years we have gotten our pumpkins at a cute local place, but this year I wanted to mix it up a litte, and do the whole picking it out in the field kinda deal (we did this when caleb was little and loved it~!). So I did a little research and found a really fun patch called The Black Island Farm! So Friday we went to this fabulous pumpkin patch! It was a beautiful sunny day--70 degrees--and perfect for picking out some rad pumpkins. They took us out on a tractor--to fields where there were pumpkins as far as the eye could see--and then we got to pick whatever pumpkin we wanted. Caleb wanted to get one that he could pick up and hold--of course. He loved every second of it. Zoee wasn't really sure what to think--but we had a lot of fun. My sis and her fam came, and so did my parents--these kids always have lots of spectators at most events--which is so fun :) It was a really great outing!! picts aren't too fab--but here are a few...

Looks super fun! I have never heard of that place. It makes it much cooler that you get to ride a tractor out there...fun for the kids! I want to go to one soon.

SO much fun! We need to get out and do some fun Halloween-y stuff. Although, it seems better when you have cute little kids to tote along with you!

How fun going to pick your pumpkins. I need to take Ryder and do that. Looks like you had fun. It's good to see some pic's of your Mom and Dad. Your family is so freaking cute I love it.
