Mother's Day!!

My Mom! she is so cute--LOVE YOU!
Aren't Moms the best? I love mothers day, because it's a time to celebrate mothers! I know that I am the person I am today through the guidance and help of my mom. She is the best. She is so caring, and sweet. She would do anything for any of us, and loves her grandkids to pieces. She is always there for us, and I couldn't ask for a better mom! Now that I am a mom myself, I feel so blessed for my healthy, happy kids. I love them beyond belief. Caleb made me some fun things in nursery, and on one of the little papers it had the saying, A mother holds her children's hands for a while...thier hearts forever. I thought that was so sweet. I am holding on so tight when Caleb says, "mom, I wanna hold your hand"--because I know he won't always want to....they grow way too fast--can I say that enough? I am sure you all know! I just have to say that I don't enjoy anything more than watching my kids grow, and being such a big part of their lives.. Not everyone gets the opportunity in this life to be a mother, and for that I am so grateful! I had an amazing Mother's day--starting out with Caleb jumping in my bed and giving me a big hug and kiss. Andrew got me some fun gifts, and the best thing ever is, he and Bri (my bro.-in-law) took the day off this Tues, so that me and my sis could go out all day--getting pedicures, and shopping! I have missed my shopping, because I have been so busy lately--it was the best present ever--My fam came over for dinner, and Andrew grilled Salmon (my fav) and steaks, and we just enjoyed the day....Mom's Rock! hope y'all had an awesome day...

Happy Mothers Day! Sounds like you had a way fun week! I love that you put the Dixie Chicks song "Easy Silence" on your blog! That is one of my favorite songs! Definately, we need to get together! I'll give you a jingle next time I make my way to Ogden and see if we can do lunch or something!

I totally agree- Being a Mom is really pretty undescribable- you have to experience it to truly understand how much you love your children. Cute pics :)

Hi! My baby is also growing too fast for my liking! He is starting to lose his "baby-ness." It makes me cry to think of it! Noooooooooooooo! And that made me get all teary eyed about what you said about them not wanting to hold your hand for very long...awwwwwwwwwwww. Well, we must just enjoy every moment we can, huh?
