Real Estate
We bought a second house! Well we did it--many of you know that we have been searching for an older home to totally renovate-- we are under contract with one, and I couldn't be more excited. Right now it is pretty crazy looking, but it has so much potential: hardwood floors, a great floor plan, a huge yard, and that older home charm. We just have to get in there and totally gut the inside. I have always wanted to redo a house--I have so many ideas, I can't even wait...I am mostly excited about the paint, kitchen, and decor- I love stuff like that. I am thinking warm neutrals with pops of color here and there--I want it to be cozy and warm but add some pizazz--classic with a modern flair...

What??? Where? How? I need to know more about this. I just talked to you and no word on this. You sneaky miller's. So fun, you will do a great job renovating. Perhaps we can visit each others new homes soon together. Then you can give me some tips for our casa!

No!! I didn't know you were buying another house to renovate! how fun ( and hard) I always thought about doing that. So is it an investment to resell or are you thinking of moving in after? A good friend of mine did that and lives in a darling old house. I will have to find out more! You definately have my curiosity peaked! you guys will make it soo awesome!!

sounds so fun! I love doing that too! We have had the opportunity to do that with both of the houses we have lived in and it is work, but fun! Even better that you don't have to live in it while you do it!!!
