Ok--Grapples are not green--but doesn't that look like a delicious apple? I've actually never met an apple I didn't like. No wait, I take that back--I hate when apples get all mushy and too ripe--yipes! Back to the grapple--I know you all are interested. My sister-in-law Kathy introduced us to the grapple. It looks like a gala apple, and tastes a lot like a grape--and I think they smell like a jolly rancher. At any rate, they are very delicious--Caleb loves them! You can get them at your local grocer, in packs of four....try it out..

I really want to try these out... they sound absolutley delicious!
what??? is this a joke? Which grocery store? Is it a new thing? For real? My favorite apples are FUJI. Crisp and sweet. Yummy. But I will hunt down this new "grapple." That is hysterical.
I need to try these grape-apple things..sounds like a good option. If don't really like apples, but I do love vitamins A and C. And who doesn't like grapes?
So funny! Cody went with me yesterday to Kroger and while we were in the produce section said, "Mom we have to get these grapples!" We had them for lunch today and they are yummy! Mike was like, GRAPPLES what is that??!! They were a big hit. Small world!! :-)
Hey! Ben brought these home one time...I guess his mom loves them...but I just let them sit in the fridge because I thought they sounded weird! I should have tried them! It sounds like you had a fun Valentines day! Pretty flowers!
I have seen these and always wondered if they were any good. Now I know and just might have to buy them. I agree with aimee that Fuji apples are the best!
