{is it to late for some halloween?}

Fall is my favorite time of year--the smells, changing leaves, everything made of pumpkin, and trail running are tops.... In october we headed to the annual black island farms to pick out pumpkins- with cousins--something that the kiddos look forward to every year. Of course there was a cookie making day and lots of time outside.
We lucked out with an amazing halloween! so warm and fun for the kiddos. Nora was so excited to get candy--but not excited about all of the scary costumes--she would run to answer the door nd give out treats, and come running back saying too scarrryy. Zoee was insistent on this costume this year--we took her to the halloween store and she cried over it---oh jeez. Caleb also knew exactly what he wanted to be--a zombie-. I think my hopes of ever getting them to be something that all goes together are about done:)
We also found out about a fun surprise and shock for our family...share soon..

Andrew built a tire swing for the kiddos in the backyard--they loved it--and was such a fun thing for hem to do with their daddio.

pumpkin patch--we have been going here since the kiddos were little and it's crazy to see now they are hauling their own pumpkins--even if they weigh the same as they do...zoee...
