{1st day of kindergarten}

Yesterday was caleb's first day of kindergarten! i will have to confess that all morning i would just look at him and burst into tears. It was a little rough. I pulled myself together, and had fun helping him put his things in his backpack, and getting him ready for his first day! We talked about how much fun he was going to have-and how Z and I would miss him:) We took him into his class and got to find his name, and see some new & old friends. They all sat in a circle and sang the ABC's...... then something i will never forget is that at the end of the song, he looked back at me-- waved, blew me a kiss, and said "bye! i love you mom!" is it ok that i cried all the way home? i am a baby! i adore that kid! I think it is just hard to let go, and realize that he is growing up! why does it go by so stinkin fast??
Z and I went home and she helped me make him his favorite peanut butter cookies for his after school treat. He had a great first day, and was very excited to go again today. Now I have to gear up to send Z to preschool in a couple weeks:)

miss {n}

feeling large and in charge with my belly button poking out a little as you can see:) and having a bad hair day....ok so i just didn't do my hair--same diff right? we are on our way to 31 weeks! i must say that the weeks are seriously rushing by~

{N} is doing great and moving/rolling/twirling like crazy! i love feeling her move--so surreal~ I am feeling great, still trying to make it to the gym on most days:) No food cravings to speak of--but I am definitely a little..... (ok a lot) emotional! Miss chick's nursery is just about done! and I am excited at how it is coming together:) picts soon......
